对某两层整体式混凝土预制装配结构厂房(7-14)/(A-J)轴区域承重结构、二楼楼板裂缝、冲片机运行时结构振动情况进行了现场检测、动力特性测试、结构计算以及分析研究,发现其主要问题是结构的第一频率密集区内最低自振频率计算值大于设备的振动频率,结构的竖向振幅较大,需采取加固措施。根据结构检测鉴定结果,对该厂房结构提出三种加固方案,能够满足正常使用要求。
