目的探讨简易呼吸体操在老年肺结核患者呼吸功能锻炼中的应用效果。方法选取2014年—2015年在我院感染疾病科住院的老年肺结核患者68例,分为对照组和观察组各34例,2014年采用传统呼吸功能锻炼方法,2015年将简易呼吸体操运用到呼吸功能锻炼中。对比2组满意度。结果将简易呼吸体操运用到呼吸功能锻炼中,其满意度高于运用前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对老年肺结核患者运用简易呼吸体操进行呼吸功能锻炼,可激发锻炼兴趣,提高患者满意度,增强康复效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of simple breathing exercises on respiratory function in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods A total of 68 elderly pulmonary tuberculosis patients admitted to Department of Infectious Diseases in our hospital from 2014 to 2015 were divided into control group and observation group with 34 cases each. In 2014, traditional respiratory exercise was used. In 2015, simple respiratory exercises were used in respiration Functional exercise. Comparison of two groups satisfaction. Results The simple breathing exercises were used in respiratory functional exercise, the satisfaction was higher than before use, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The use of simple breathing exercises in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis respiratory fitness exercise can stimulate exercise interest, improve patient satisfaction and enhance the rehabilitation effect.
