目的探讨并分析四种恶性肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群检测的变化和意义。方法选取四种恶性肿瘤患者168例及35例健康体检者作为研究对象,均给予流式细胞术检测,观察并比较其T淋巴细胞亚群、B淋巴细胞及NK细胞水平。结果四种恶性肿瘤患者的CD3~+CD8~+细胞和NK细胞水平均高于对照组,CD3~+CD4~+细胞、CD4~+/CD8~+比值和B淋巴细胞水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。恶性肿瘤间T淋巴细胞亚群比较中,乳腺癌与肺癌的CD3~+CD8~+水平高于胃癌与结肠直肠癌,CD3~+CD4~+细胞水平与CD4~+/CD8~+比值均低于胃癌与结肠直肠癌,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论恶性肿瘤患者经外周血T淋巴细胞亚群检测,可明确得出恶性肿瘤患者机体细胞免疫功能低下、免疫紊乱的结果,且恶性肿瘤病变间也存在细胞免疫功能有差异的情况。
Objective To investigate and analyze the changes and significance of T lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood of four malignant tumors. Methods A total of 168 patients with malignant tumors and 35 healthy subjects were enrolled in this study. Flow cytometry was used to detect the levels of T lymphocyte subsets, B lymphocytes and NK cells. Results The levels of CD3 ~ + CD8 ~ + cells and NK cells in four kinds of malignant tumors were significantly higher than those in control group. The levels of CD3 ~ + CD4 ~ + cells, CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ (All P <0.05). The levels of CD3 ~ + CD8 ~ + in breast cancer and lung cancer were higher than those in gastric cancer and colorectal cancer, and the levels of CD3 ~ + CD4 ~ + cells and the ratio of CD4 ~ + / CD8 ~ + were lower in malignant T lymphocyte subsets In gastric cancer and colorectal cancer, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The detection of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets in patients with malignant tumors can clearly show the result of cellular immune dysfunction and immune disorders in patients with malignant tumors. There are also differences in cellular immune function between malignant tumors.
