夫妻财产制度是婚姻法中调整夫妻财产关系的一项极为重要的法律制度,该制度中所涉及的内容也是极为广泛。从提出这一制度开始到现在,我国的夫妻财产制度也逐渐变得完善,但是其中也依旧存在诸多的问题,比如:夫妻财产制度缺乏公示程序、缺乏协议变更程序等等,以致于很多夫妻因为财产问题闹矛盾。由此可见,如何让婚姻当中的夫妻财产制度变得更加完善,并有效维护男女双方的共同利益,本文还需要对此进行深入的思考和分析。
