本文以机械铲的工作装置受力计算图出发,预先求出挖掘阻力的切向分力■,进而由功率 N_K=lP_K/(t_η_1η_2)关系,导出挖掘机一个工作循环延续时间 t_K。当功率 N_K 已知时,则可具体的计算机械铲切削部分变钝前后的 t_K值。同时也可求出相应的技术生产率 Q_(fq)和Q_(ff)。通过斗容为8立方米的挖掘机挖掘粘土的具体分析结果可知,机械铲切削部分磨损会使挖掘机一个工作循环延续时间增加1.55倍,生产率下降11%;这说明从挖掘机理论分析和矿山地质允许条件下,提出经济合理的斗齿年限,是必要的。
In this paper, starting from the force calculation diagram of the working device of the mechanical shovel, the tangential force of the excavation resistance is obtained in advance, and then the power N_K=lP_K/(t_η_1η_2) relationship is used to derive the excavator working cycle duration t_K.
