目的:探讨3753例妇科门诊就诊人群宫颈人乳头状瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染率以及基因亚型的分布特征。方法:采用核酸分子快速导流杂交基因芯片技术(flow-through hybridization and geno-typing technique,Hybri-Max)对3753例妇科门诊就诊患者的宫颈刷片标本进行HPV分型检测,并对HPV感染亚型进行分析。结果:3753例妇女中检测出HPV阳性591例,阳性率为15.7%,其中两种亚型混合感染114例,占总感染人数19.3%(114/591),3种及3种以上亚型混合感染18例,占4.7%(18/591)。人群中感染最多的亚型依次是HPV52(3.9%)、HPV16(3.8%)、HPV58(2.1%)和HPV18(1.2%)。各年龄段妇女HPV感染率差异无统计学意义(χ2=12.42,P>0.05)。结论:妇科门诊就诊人群的HPV感染率为15.7%,且以高危型HPV感染为主,其中最常见的感染亚型是HPV52。
Objective: To investigate the distribution of cervical papillomavirus (HPV) infection and gene subtypes in 3753 gynecological outpatients. Methods: HPV type was detected in cervical smear specimens of 3,753 gynecological clinic patients by flow-through hybridization and geno-typing technique (Hybri-Max) Type for analysis. Results: A total of 591 HPV positive cases were detected in 3753 women, with a positive rate of 15.7%. Among them, 114 cases were found to be co-infected with two subtypes, accounting for 19.3% (114/591) of the total number of infected persons. Three or more subtypes were mixed Infection in 18 cases, accounting for 4.7% (18/591). The most common subgroups in the population were HPV52 (3.9%), HPV16 (3.8%), HPV58 (2.1%) and HPV18 (1.2%). There was no significant difference in HPV infection rate among women of all ages (χ2 = 12.42, P> 0.05). Conclusion: The prevalence of HPV infection in gynecological clinic is 15.7%. High-risk HPV infection is the most common type, and HPV52 is the most common subtype.
