接种大豆根瘤菌的研究在我省已进行了多年,实践证明,在中等和中等以下肥力土壤上一般可增产10—15%。但在同等条件下,接种根瘤菌固定大气中的氮量究竟相当于向土壤中施用多少氮肥和磷肥呢?长期以来在我省没有进行研究。笔者从1980年以来进行了接种大豆根瘤菌与施氮、磷肥效的比较研究。兹将研究结果报告于下。材料与方法本试验设在我院许昌试验农场,中壤土质,含有效磷和速效氮均在10ppm以下,属中等肥力。供试品种:大豆为糙青豆;菌种为Sm31,施用的化肥是碳酸氢胺和过磷酸钙。
Inoculation of soybean rhizobia in our province has been carried out for many years, the practice has proved that in the medium and below the fertility of the soil generally yield 10-15%. However, under the same conditions, the amount of nitrogen in the fixed atmosphere of Rhizobium inoculation is equivalent to how much nitrogen and phosphate fertilizer is applied to the soil? There has been no research in our province for a long time. Since 1980, the author conducted a comparative study on the effect of soybean rhizobia inoculated with nitrogen fertilizer and phosphorus fertilizer. The research results are reported below. MATERIALS AND METHODS The experiment was conducted in Xuchang Experimental Farm of our hospital. The medium loam soil, with available phosphorus and available nitrogen, both below 10ppm, is a moderately fertile one. Test varieties: soybeans as brown beans; strain Sm31, the application of fertilizer is bicarbonate and superphosphate.
