工业企业的管理工作与现代工业企业的生产技术水平,从来都是工业企业生产经营活动的两大车轮,缺一不可.有了先进的生产技术,但若生产管理落后,则经营效果也一定较差,因此,工业企业的管理,要求既要提高生产工艺的技术水平,也要组织好生产过程的科学管理.而管理必然要落实到生产者个人,因而产生了个人生产责任制、生产岗位责任制等.经过多年的实践证明,上述生产责任制还存在一些不完善的地方,这就是生产任务的完成,主要取决子劳动者个人的主观努力,而对客观的配合因素考虑不够,出于个人的精力、智力、主观能动性有限,个人生产责任制实际上是孤军作战,不符合现代化生
The management of industrial enterprises and the level of production technology of modern industrial enterprises have always been the two wheels of production and business activities of industrial enterprises. They are indispensable. With advanced production technology, if the production management is backward, the operating results must be relatively low. Poor, therefore, the management of industrial enterprises requires that both the technical level of the production process must be improved and the scientific management of the production process must be organized. The management must be implemented in the individual producer, resulting in an individual production responsibility system and responsibility for production positions. After years of practice, it has been proven that there are still some imperfections in the above-mentioned production responsibility system. This is the completion of the production task. It mainly depends on the individual subjective efforts of the laborers, and considers the objective coordination factors insufficiently. The energy, intelligence, subjective initiative is limited, and the individual production responsibility system is actually a single-armed operation that does not conform to modernization.
