管理沟通是高等院校管理类专业的专业必修课程之一,是一门理论性、实践性很强的学科。选择合适的案例阐述管理沟通的理论知识,选择合适的教学环节让学生去参与和体验,运用切实有效的教学模式和方法,注重提高学生的管理沟通意识和能力,以知识传授与应用实践为核心理念,按不同教学内容设置相应的参与环节,让学生有兴趣多角度去感受沟通的不同方式,理解良好沟通的内涵,为管理沟通课程的教学改革提供思路。
Management communication is one of the major compulsory courses in management major of institutions of higher education, which is a theoretical and practical discipline. Select the appropriate case to elaborate the theoretical knowledge of management communication, select the appropriate teaching links for students to participate and experience, use practical and effective teaching methods and methods, focus on improving students’ awareness and ability of communication and management, with knowledge imparting and practice as the core Concept, according to different teaching content to set the appropriate participation links, so that students are interested in multi-angle to feel the different ways of communication, understand the meaning of good communication, to provide ideas for the management of communication teaching reform.
