One of the main reasons that prevent the use of mouse monoclonal antibody (McAb) in human therapy is that the body develops anti-mouse McAb reaction. The authors used two anti-human cytomegalovirus IgG1 subtype human McAb (EV2-7 and EV1-15) were injected repeatedly to five monkeys in several months to study the effect of human McAb on primate immunization Sex.
