目的了解绵阳市市售食品中防腐剂是否超范围、超量使用。方法从绵阳城区及所辖的安县、三台县、江油市的大型超市、农贸市场、学校附近零售店等不同地点采集食品样品,用色谱法进行检测分析。结果共抽检食品样品184份,175份合格,合格率95.11%;6份不合格,不合格率4.89%。66份样品检出苯甲酸,检出率35.87%;61份样品检出山梨酸,检出率33.15%。结论绵阳市市售食品中苯甲酸和山梨酸的检出率较高,而在食品标签上却不作标示,相关部门应采取措施,加强监管,以保护消费者的知情权和身体健康。
Objective To find out if the preservatives in Mianyang City’s food are over-range and over-used. Methods Food samples were collected from Mianyang City, Mianyang City, large supermarkets in Jian County, Santai County, Jiangyou City, farmer’s markets and retail stores near schools. The samples were analyzed by chromatography. Results A total of 184 sampling food samples, 175 were qualified, the passing rate of 95.11%; 6 failed, the failure rate of 4.89%. 66 samples detected benzoic acid, the detection rate was 35.87%; 61 samples were detected sorbic acid, the detection rate was 33.15%. Conclusions The detection rate of benzoic acid and sorbic acid in the foodstuffs sold in Mianyang City is higher than that in foodstuffs, but the relevant departments should take measures to strengthen supervision so as to protect consumers’ right to know and health.
