领导者之所以能够引导和影响下属朝着工作目标去努力,是因为他具有巨大的影响力。一个优秀的领导者总是力图提高和扩大自己的影响,最大限度地调动和发挥下属的内在潜力,以实现工作目标。 那么,什么是领导者的影响力?简单地说,就是影响和改变下属心理与行为的能力。就其性质来说,可分为权力性影响力和非权力性影响力。所谓权力性影响力,是由领导者的地位、权力而构成的影响力。它是一种外在的强制力量,可以说,有权就有这种影响力,失权,这种影响力随之消失。人们对这种影响作用主要表现为被动服从。而非权力性影响力,则是领导者内在的影响力量。它是由领导者的品质、知识、才能与情感等因素构成,更多地属于自然性影响,人们对该种影响作用,往往表现为内心的、自发的。
The reason why a leader can guide and influence subordinates to work toward their goal is because he has tremendous influence. A good leader always strives to improve and expand his influence, maximize the mobilization and exertion of the subordinate’s inner potential, in order to achieve the goal of the work. So, what is the influence of a leader? Simply put, it is the ability to influence and change subordinates’ psychology and behavior. By its nature, it can be divided into power influence and non-power influence. The so-called power influence is the influence of the leader’s status and power. It is an external coercive force. It can be said that power has such influence and loses power. This influence disappears. People’s influence on this kind of influence is mainly passive obedience. Instead of power influence, it is the inner influence of the leader. It is composed of leaders’ qualities, knowledge, talents and emotions, and is more of a natural influence. People’s influence on this kind of influence often manifests as inner and spontaneous.
