(2013年2月26日)同志们:这次会议的主要任务是:全面贯彻落实党的十八大以及全国水利新闻宣传和水情教育工作会议精神,深入分析当前水利形势,安排部署2013年全省水利宣传和水情教育工作。刚才,对水利宣传工作先进单位和先进个人进行了表彰,并进行了交流发言,希望大家认真学习借鉴,进一步做好我省水利宣传和水情教育工作。下面,我讲四点意见。“
