角色知觉是指对一个人所处的地位、身份及行为规范的认知。角色是占有第一位社会位置的人应有的行为模式。角色知觉属管理心理学范畴,要从以下四个方面说明。 一、角色认知 角色认知是指一个人对自己该在社会与组织中所处地位的认识。它包括:(一)职业感:是关于人们对自己所从事职业的客观认识,它的具体体现就是职业道德。如:医德等。病案管理专业的职业道德中,突出的一点就是“铺路石”精神,它要求专业人员具有高尚的道德情操、强烈的事业心、高度的责任
