课程群是高等学校课程教学的新型组织形式,是高校相关专业将专业课进行整合、调整、优化的新途径。教师作为课程教学实施的主体,其师资队伍结构、学科背景、教学经验、教学水平对课程群的教学实施至关重要。本文以轻化工程专业为例,通过分析基于课程群进行师资机构优化的必要性以及该过程中的问题与矛盾,从师资引进、师资培训、教学团队组建等方面提出进行师资队伍结构优化的途径,使师资队伍更好地服务于专业课程群教学。
Curriculum group is a new organization form of teaching in colleges and universities. It is a new way for colleges and universities to integrate, adjust and optimize specialized courses. Teachers as the main body of the implementation of curriculum teaching, its teaching staff structure, disciplinary background, teaching experience, teaching level is essential for the implementation of the curriculum group teaching. Taking the light engineering project as an example, this paper analyzes the necessity of optimizing teachers’ institutions based on the course group and the problems and contradictions in the process, and puts forward the ways to optimize the structure of teaching staff from the aspects of teacher introduction, teacher training and teaching team building , To enable teachers to better serve the teaching of professional courses.
