本工作是测定油菜叶片中硝酸还原酶活性,结合施肥、籽粒产量进行分析,试图从生理生化上为合理施肥提供一些参考。 实验材料是中国农科院油料作物研究所盆栽的试验油菜(甘油5号和低芥酸品系3号)。N、P、K单施和混施的肥效试验土壤为沉积土,每盆土重5公斤,单施施肥量以每公斤土N—0.2克、P_2O_5—0.2克、K_20—0.16克为标准计算、若NPK配合施用,则是单独施用量
