本文介绍了几种改善能陷多重模陶瓷滤波器特性的方法。在极化瓷片上同时设置三电极和二电极谐振子,能改善频率衰减特性的对称性和选择性。通过调节与A模和S模相关的电极尺寸或设置浮游电极,可提高频率衰减特性与相位特性中心的一致性,从而减小失真。在电极空腔处附设弹性体可改善群延时间特性。
This article describes several ways to improve the performance of trapped multimode ceramic filters. Setting the three-electrode and two-electrode resonators on the polarizer tiles can improve the symmetry and selectivity of the frequency attenuation characteristics. By adjusting the electrode size associated with the A-mode and S-mode or by setting the float electrode, the frequency attenuation and phase center characteristics are improved to reduce the distortion. Elastic body attached to the electrode cavity can improve the group delay characteristics.
