对微气浮法处理矿井水中悬浮物的处理效果进行了试验研究。试验结果表明,微气浮法加过滤处理矿井水中悬浮物,当悬浮物含量小于1000mg/L时,采用6~8min的反应时间,0.25~0.35MPa的溶气压力,6%~16%的回流比和7~8m~3/m~2h的分离负荷是合适的,处理后的水质可满足循环今却水的需要。该工艺与沉淀法相比效率高、投资省、上马快,是一种简便实用可行的处理方法。
