本文报导本院自1956年1月——1963年10月收治食管癌及贲门癌患者共93例,其中食管癌81例;包括上段癌肿15例,中段癌肿49例,下段癌肿17例。贲门癌12例。男性患者较多,男女之比为9.3:1。年龄以51——60岁年龄组为多数占46.4%,其次为41——50岁的占33.3%。年龄与切除率的关系以41——50岁的切除率为最高占41.4%。切除率随年龄的增长而增加,但高龄的又显著下降。病期以3——6个月的居多占全组的40%。说明患者发生症状后往往延误较久的时间才到医院诊治或得到正确的诊断。又从病期与切除率的关系可以看到,病期6个月以内的切除率较高。超过半年以上的切除率显著下降。本组有嗜酒历史的占46.4%,热食习惯的占31.2%,这两种嗜好是食管癌的主要诱因。93例中行剖胸探查术64例,
This article reports that in our hospital from January 1956 to October 1963, a total of 93 patients with esophageal and cardiac cancer were treated, including 81 cases of esophageal cancer; including 15 cases of upper cancer, 49 cases of middle tumor, and 17 cases of lower cancer. .
