本文主要研究7-15岁儿童青少年骨强度指数变化规律及体型对骨强度指数影响;方法:对3148例7-15岁儿童青少年进行跟骨骨密度和体成分测试,得出骨强度指数随年龄变化规律,不同年龄组及不同体型组(据体脂率分型)骨强度指数间是否存在差异。结论:青春期男女生跟骨骨强度指数随年龄增长逐步提高,女性骨密度突增期及峰值均早于男性,骨强度指数曲线均现两次交叉;关注体育锻炼对促进儿童青少年骨骼生长发育及其对健康的远期影响。
