目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定胃康灵颗粒中甘草酸的含量。方法:采用HPLC法,WatersVP-ODS-C18(250mm×5.0mm)色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.1mol.L-1醋酸铵-冰醋酸(28∶72∶0.3),检测波长:250nm,流速:1.0mL.min-1。结果:甘草酸在53.4~534.0μg.mL-1范围内呈现良好的线性关系(r=0.9997,n=5),平均回收率为99.90%。结论:该方法分离度高,重现性好,简便,准确,可用于胃康灵颗粒的质量控制。
Objective: To determine the contents of glycyrrhizic acid in Weikangling granule by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1mol.L-1 ammonium acetate-glacial acetic acid (28:72:0.3) and the detection wavelength was 250nm. The mobile phase was HPLC-MS with WatersVP-ODS- : 1.0 mL.min-1. Results: Glycyrrhizic acid showed a good linearity (r = 0.9997, n = 5) in the range of 53.4-534.0μg.mL-1 with an average recovery of 99.90%. Conclusion: The method has high resolution, good reproducibility, simple and accurate, and can be used for the quality control of Weikangling granules.
