公立医院财务内部控制体系的完善与创新是医疗改革的重要内容之一。随着医疗体制改革的不断深入,提高公立医院运营效率已成为公立医院经营的首要目标,完善医院财务内部控制体系对于实现“优质、高效、安全”的医院运营目标具有重要的意义。本文从加强公立医院财务内部控制的意义出发,分析当前公立医院财务内部控制现存的主要问题,并提出相关的对策和建议。
The improvement and innovation of public hospital internal financial control system is one of the important contents of medical reform. With the continuous deepening of the reform of the medical system, improving the operational efficiency of public hospitals has become the primary goal of public hospital management. Improving the internal financial control system of hospitals is of great significance to the hospital operation goal of “high quality, high efficiency and safety”. Based on the significance of strengthening financial internal control in public hospitals, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the internal financial internal control of public hospitals and puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
