以低纯度普通商业纯Gd(99%)为原料制备Gd_5Si_2Ge_2合金,研究了低纯Gd_5Si_2Ge_2合金的相组成、磁相变特征和磁热性能.粉末X-射线衍射和磁性测量结果表明,经1200℃,1h退火处理后,低纯Gd_5Si_2Ge_2合金具有Gd_5Si_2Ge_2型主相、在268K存在一级磁晶相变.据磁相变温度附近的磁化曲线计算,低纯Gd_5Si_2Ge_2合金在5T磁场变化下的最大磁熵变为17.55J·Kg~(-1)·K~(-1),具有巨磁热效应.
The phase composition, magnetic phase transition and magnetocaloric properties of low purity Gd_5Si_2Ge_2 alloy were prepared by using low-purity common commercial Gd (99%) as raw material.The results of powder X-ray diffraction and magnetic measurements show that the phase structure, , 1h annealing treatment, the low-purity Gd_5Si_2Ge_2 alloy has a main phase of Gd_5Si_2Ge_2 and a first-order magnetocrystalline phase transition at 268 K. According to the magnetization curve near the magnetic phase transformation temperature, the maximum magnetic entropy of low-purity Gd_5Si_2Ge_2 alloy under 5T magnetic field changes Becomes 17.55J · Kg -1 K -1, which has a giant magnetocaloric effect.
