为探求端盘截齿不同切向安装角、轴向倾斜角和二次旋转角对截齿三向载荷的影响关系,以达到截齿高效截割的目的,基于相似理论和有限元理论,通过ABAQUS/Explicit模拟了端盘截齿旋转截割煤岩的动态过程,获得了截齿截割过程的应力云图和三向载荷曲线,给出了单因素试验条件下的最佳安装角度。研究表明,圆周切向安装角为50°、轴向倾斜角为10°、二次旋转角为5°时,截齿的截割效率较高,载荷波动较小。轴向倾斜角和二次旋转角对截齿三向载荷的影响较大,易造成截齿磨损。该研究为改善截齿的结构和选择合适的安装参数提供了理论依据。
In order to explore the effect of different tangential angle, axial tilt angle and secondary rotation angle on the tangential three-directional load of the end picks, in order to achieve the purpose of high cutting efficiency, based on the similarity theory and the finite element theory, ABAQUS / Explicit simulates the dynamic process of cutting the coal and rock by the end pick, and obtains the stress cloud and the three-direction load curve during the pick cutting. The optimal installation angle under the single-factor test condition is given. The results show that the cutting efficiency is high and the load fluctuation is small when the circumferential tangential installation angle is 50 °, the axial tilt angle is 10 ° and the secondary rotation angle is 5 °. Axial tilt angle and secondary rotation angle of the three-way load greater impact, easy to cause the cutter wear. The research provides a theoretical basis for improving the structure of picks and selecting suitable installation parameters.
