课堂规则是课堂管理的重要内容。本研究采用案例研究方法,通过课堂观察和访谈,以一位专家型和一位新手型小学英语教师为研究对象,从课堂规则的设置和执行两个方面来考察他们课堂管理行为的差异,分析其对课堂管理效果产生的影响,在此基础上归纳出小学英语有效课堂规则设置和执行的原则。研究表明,有效的小学英语课堂规则的设置需完善精密、清晰明确、合理可行。而课堂规则的执行则具有灵活性及创造性,需要及时向学生提供反馈,采用积极的方法强化规则,并且与知识教学活动相融合。
Classroom rules are an important part of classroom management. This study uses a case study approach, through classroom observation and interview, with an expert and a novice primary English teacher as the research object, examines the differences of classroom management behavior from the aspects of the setting and implementation of the classroom rules, analyzes Its impact on the effectiveness of classroom management, on this basis, the principle of setting and implementing the rules of effective classroom English in primary schools is summarized. The research shows that the effective rules of primary English classroom should be set up well, clear and definite, reasonable and feasible. The implementation of the rules of the classroom is flexible and creative, need to provide timely feedback to students, using positive methods to strengthen the rules, and integration with knowledge and teaching activities.
