随着时代的发展,很多90后甚至95后的员工逐渐踏入职场,成为职场的新兴力量,因为所成长的时代不同,新生代员工具有对主观幸福感的独特认知。本文以Diener对主观幸福感的定义为理论基础,根据新生代员工的特点,着重研究影响新生代员工主观幸福感的因素,从而提出的提高新生代员工主观幸福感的措施,帮助企业更好地了解激励新生代员工,实现企业的绩效目标。
