本文着重阐述蠕墨铸铁、灰铸铁、高磷铸铁和球墨铸铁耐磨性的对比试验,同时,研究了合金元素、基体组织、蠕化率对蠕墨铸铁耐磨性的影响。结果表明:蠕墨铸铁的耐磨性高于灰铸铁和高磷铸铁,而低于球墨铸铁;蠕墨铸铁通过合金化,恰当的热处理和增加组织中球状石墨数量的途径可进一步提高其耐磨性。
This article focuses on the comparisons of the wear resistance of vermicular cast iron, gray cast iron, high phosphorus cast iron and ductile cast iron. Meanwhile, the effects of alloying elements, matrix microstructure and creep rate on the wear resistance of vermicular cast iron were studied. The results show that the wear resistance of vermicular graphite cast iron is higher than that of gray cast iron and high phosphorus cast iron, but lower than that of ductile cast iron. The compaction of vermicular cast iron can be further improved by alloying, appropriate heat treatment and increasing the amount of spheroidal graphite in the microstructure Sex.
