为了适应新时代的教学理念,培养出新世纪全面发展的创新人才,在新课程、新教学理念的指引下,教师们都努力地尝试着教育教学的改革与实践。极力把新的教学理念渗透到实际的课堂教育教学过程中去,积极地引导学生进行自主、合作、探究地学习。但由于大多数农村教师都处于教育教学改革的初期或尝试阶段,没有观摩课可以借鉴学习,因而也出现过不少的问题。根据我和同事们在课堂教学改革实际中出现过的一些问题,及作出的反思与总结,来谈谈以下几点看法。
In order to adapt to the teaching concept of the new era and cultivate innovative talents with all-round development in the new century, under the guidance of the new curriculum and new teaching philosophy, teachers try their best to reform and practice education and teaching. Trying to infiltrate the new teaching concept into the actual process of classroom education and teaching, and actively guide students to carry out autonomous, cooperative and exploratory study. However, since most of the rural teachers are in the early stages of the reform of education and teaching, there are also many problems that have arisen when there is no observation class to learn from. According to some problems that my colleagues and I have appeared in the classroom teaching reform and the reflections and conclusions made, I would like to share the following views.
