对18 mm厚度规格的Q345热轧钢板卷曲裂纹试样进行了金相分析。结果表明,钢板板边存在严重的剪切缺陷(台阶和小裂纹)以及由冷剪切引起的性能变化(硬度增高、塑性降低)是导致钢板在卷曲过程中产生裂纹的主要原因。建议对冷剪切后的板边进行适当热处理,以消除冷剪切造成的不良影响。
Metallographic analysis was performed on the crimp-cracked specimens of Q345 hot-rolled steel with a thickness of 18 mm. The results show that there are serious shear defects (steps and small cracks) along the edge of the steel plate and the change of properties caused by cold shear (hardness increase and plasticity decrease) are the main reasons leading to cracks in the steel plate during the curling process. It is advisable to heat-treat the cold-cut edges to eliminate the adverse effects of cold-shear.
