试用蟾蜍红细胞作为生物微球,结合耳蜗铺片技术,直接在光镜下进行微球量计数并测量螺旋韧带和血管蚊中的血流量,以了解耳蜗微循环的状况,介绍了实验方法,并与常用的微球技术作了比较,对微球选用的有关事项以及本实验的可行性进行了讨论。
