Australian oil producer AED Oil Ltd.announced at ASX on June 18th that the deal of selling 60% equity of Timor Seas Puffin Oilfield to Sinopec Group at a consideration of US$561 million (equivalent to around RMB3.864 billion) was already completed.Accord-ing to executives from Sinopec Group,such crude oil assets acquired from overseas will likely be put into Sinopec Corporation in the future.
