目的:探讨幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染与上消化道疾病之间的关系。方法:对2673例患者纤维胃镜与HP检查结果进行分析。结果:上消化道疾病HP检测阳性率达92.11％,其中以消化性溃疡检出率最高(95.17％),慢性胃炎次之(91.82％),胃癌阳性率也达79.71％。结论:HP感染与慢性胃炎及消化性溃疡关系极为密切,与胃癌之间也可能存在因果关系。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection and upper gastrointestinal diseases. Methods: 2673 cases of patients with gastroscopy and HP examination results were analyzed. Results: The positive rate of HP in upper gastrointestinal diseases was 92.11%. The detection rate of peptic ulcer was the highest (95.17%), followed by chronic gastritis (91.82%) and the positive rate of gastric cancer was 79.71%. Conclusion: HP infection is closely related to chronic gastritis and peptic ulcer, and causality may also exist between gastric infection and HP infection.
