本实验用58只封闭群新西兰白兔,观察了MSG降低正常体温的剂量效应关系,以及心得安和654-2对其降温效应的影响。结果表明,小剂量(0.1g/kg.w)MSG对正常体温没有明显影响,中等剂量(0.5g/kg.w)和大剂量(1.0g/kg.w)都能明显降低体温,但从总的体温反应效应来看(△T、TRI_5),中等剂量组较高。用β-受体阻断剂心得安预处理动物,MSG降低正常体温的作用未受到有意义的影响;但胆碱能神经阻断剂S54-2能明显阻断MSG的降温作用。作者认为,MSG可能是通过胆碱能神经影响正常体温。
In this study, 58 closed New Zealand white rabbits were observed MSG dose-effect relationship to reduce the normal body temperature, as well as propoxuron 654-2 on its cooling effect. The results showed that low dose (0.1g / kg.w) of MSG has no significant effect on normal body temperature, medium dose (0.5g / kg.w) and high dose (1.0g / kg.w) can significantly reduce body temperature, but from The total response to temperature effect (△ T, TRI_5), medium-dose group higher. Antimicrobial effects of pretreatment of animals with β-blockers were not significantly affected by MSG lowering normal body temperature; however, cholinergic blockade S54-2 significantly blocked the cooling effect of MSG. The authors believe that MSG may affect normal body temperature through cholinergic nerves.
