目的实验研究磷酸钙、磷酸氢钙和羟基磷灰石对砖茶水的降氟作用。方法用正交设计方法观察各降氟剂在不同茶水比例、茶水pH、降氟剂量和反应时间条件下对砖茶水的降氟效果,比较降氟剂的降氟效果差异及降氟前后砖茶水主要化学成分变化。电极法测砖茶水氟含量,原子吸收分光光度法检测砖茶水中钙、镁、铁含量,紫外可见分光光度法检测砖茶水中茶多酚、游离氨基酸总量、咖啡碱、铝、磷含量。结果磷酸钙和磷酸氢钙降砖茶水氟能力差。羟基磷灰石1的最大降氟容量达8.5 mg/g,在茶水比例为1∶200,砖茶水原有的pH条件下与砖茶水接触反应20 min有最佳的降氟效果。羟基磷灰石1降氟后茶水中钙、磷含量明显升高,其他成份含量变化很小。结论羟基磷灰石对砖茶水有较强的降氟能力,在砖茶降氟中有一定的应用前景。
Objective To study the anti-fluoride effect of calcium phosphate, calcium hydrogen phosphate and hydroxyapatite on brick tea water. Methods Orthogonal design method was used to observe the effect of fluoride-reducing agent on brick tea water under different tea-water ratio, tea-water pH, fluoride-reducing dosage and reaction time. The difference of fluoride-reducing effect between fluoride-lowering agent and brick tea water The main chemical composition changes. The content of fluoride, calcium, magnesium and iron in brick tea were measured by atomic absorption spectrophotometry and the content of tea polyphenol, total free amino acids, caffeine, aluminum and phosphorus in brick tea were determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Results calcium phosphate and dibasic calcium phosphate brick tea poor water fluoride. Hydroxyapatite 1 had the maximum fluoride removal capacity of 8.5 mg / g. The best fluoride reduction effect was obtained when the ratio of tea to water was 1: 200. Hydroxyapatite 1 decreased the calcium and phosphorus content in tea water, while the content of other components changed little. Conclusion Hydroxyapatite has a strong ability to reduce fluoride on brick tea, and has some application prospects in the brick tea.
