笔者通过Pro/E建模软件,对复合材料支护托板进行初步设计,并在玻璃钢支护托板中加入加强筋。在保持加强筋的体积不变,改变加强筋的位置和大小时,用有限元分析软件ANSYS对其进行敏感性分析,得出加强筋对支护托板应力和位移的影响,通过几种优化方案的比较得出优化结果。从而降低了新产品开发费用、缩短新产品开发周期且节省材料提高生产效率,为新产品开发奠定了理论基础。
