目的:总结分析衢州市CIDA—WHO结核病控制项目三轮的实施效果,为今后制定结核病控制项目实施方案提供科学依据。方法:根据衢州地区的《浙江省CIDA—WHO结核病控制项目工作季报表》、《浙江省结核病控制项目月报表》,分析三轮项目的病人发现及其治疗效果。结果:第一轮CIDA项目涂阳病人登记率为37.43/10万,新涂阳病人登记率为28.73/10万,满2个月阴转率为77.30%,满3个月阴转率为83.09%,初治涂阳病人治愈率为82.44%;第二轮CIDA项目涂阳病人登记率为38.24/10万,新涂阳病人登记率为31.40/10万,满2个月阴转率为79.37%,满3个月阴转率为83.82%,初治涂阳病人治愈率为89.63%;第三轮CIDA项目涂阳病人登记率为37.86/10万,新涂阳病人登记率为32.88/10万,满2个月阴转率为81.80%,满3个月阴转率为88.08%,初治涂阳病人治愈率为87.34%。结论:衢州市三轮CIDA—WHO结核病控制项目的实施,取得了显著成效,积累了宝贵经验,为全市及浙江省结核病的防制工作,起到了示范作用。
OBJECTIVE: To summarize and analyze the implementation effect of the three rounds of CIDA-WHO tuberculosis control project in Quzhou and provide a scientific basis for formulating a tuberculosis control project implementation plan in the future. Methods: According to the working season report of CIDA-WHO tuberculosis control project in Zhejiang Province and monthly report of tuberculosis control project in Zhejiang Province, the patient discovery and treatment effect of the three-round project were analyzed. Results: The registration rate of smear positive patients in the first round of CIDA was 37.43 / 100000, the registration rate of newly smear positive patients was 28.73 / 100000, the negative conversion rate was 77.30% in 2 months, and the negative conversion rate in 3 months was 83.09 %, The cure rate of newly smear positive patients was 82.44%; the registration rate of smear positive patients in the second round of CIDA project was 38.24 / 100000, the registration rate of new smear positive patients was 31.40 / 100000, the negative conversion rate of two months was 79.37 %, The negative conversion rate was 83.82% in 3 months, and the cure rate of smear-positive patients was 89.63%. The registration rate of smear positive patients in the third round of CIDA project was 37.86 / 100000, the registration rate of new smear positive patients was 32.88 / 10 Wan, full 2 months negative conversion rate was 81.80%, 3 months overcast rate was 88.08%, the cure rate of first smear positive patients was 87.34%. Conclusion: The implementation of the three-round CIDA-WHO tuberculosis control project in Quzhou has achieved remarkable results and accumulated valuable experience, which has played an exemplary role in the prevention and control of tuberculosis in the whole city and Zhejiang province.
