上海造纸机械厂一机车间从今年二月份开始试行机修工考核计奖。具体做法是:由修理钳工和电工联合组成三个保修组,分别包干三个片,每片以停台率百分之一点五计算,允许每月停机三百小时,以此进行考核计奖。办法规定,包干者在包干范围内的设备总停台时间不超过三百小时得平均奖;如超过三百小时,则按一定比例少发奖金;如能使停台时间减少百分之一则增加奖金五分。该办法执行后,效果显著。归纳起来有三条:
