自然杀伤细胞(Natural Killer Cell,NK细胞)是机体内存在的有自然杀伤能力的细胞,已证实它们能在体外自发地杀伤某些肿瘤细胞,是一种抗肿瘤的早期防御机能。由于NK细胞在肺结核的细胞免疫中也可能起作用,作者对肺结核病人的NK细胞活性作了测定。对象:为经细菌学检查证实的38名活动性肺结核病人,其中15名未治,13名重度难治性肺结核,化疗一年后仍排菌,11名用联合化疗后痰菌阴转。另以年龄、性别相仿的54名健康人作对照组。(译者注:总数应为39,原文为38) 方法:采用1977年kay氏法改良,分离周围血淋巴细胞4×10~5/ml同~(51)Cr标记的K562靶细胞一起培养4小时后,按下列公式计算NK细胞活性以特异性~(51)Cr释放%表示之:
Natural killer cells (natural killer cells, NK cells) are natural killer cells that exist in the body. They have been shown to kill certain tumor cells spontaneously in vitro and are an early defense mechanism against tumors. Since NK cells may also play a role in the cellular immunity of tuberculosis, the authors measured the activity of NK cells in patients with tuberculosis.
