课堂是学校教学改革的主阵地。课堂教学可以通过教师不断的经验积累和体悟反思实现内生性的发展,但外部因素的介入是必不可少也非常重要的。在我国,影响课堂变革最重要的外部因素之一就是听评课制度。但是,对于这种最常见的教研方式,许多参与者还停留在经验惯性与随意处理之中,缺乏认真的思考与制度的创新。本期“讨论”中,两位来自一线的教育工作者将分别就如何更好地听课、评课发表自己的意见,本刊记者还就此专访崔允漷教授,请他谈谈听评课制度如何创新,而浙江省余杭高级中学将向我们展示他们创新的听评课案例。
Classroom is the main front of school teaching reform. Classroom teaching can achieve endogenous development through teachers’ continuous experience accumulation and reflection, but the involvement of external factors is essential and very important. In our country, one of the most important external factors that affect the classroom change is listening to the class system. However, for the most common teaching and research methods, many participants are still stuck in empirical inertia and casual handling, lacking in serious thinking and institutional innovation. In this issue of “Discussion,” two educators from the front line will respectively express their opinions on how to better attend lectures and evaluate lectures. Our correspondent also interviewed Professor Cui Yun-ting and asked him to talk about the lectures How to innovate, and Yuhang High School in Zhejiang Province will show us their innovative case studies.
