随着无缝轨道在高速铁路中的广泛应用,对于无缝轨道偏移量的监测显得尤为重要。针对人为监测数据密度小,测量误差大、实时性差的原因,使用设备自动监测将对保证行车安全和预防事故起到良好的效果。提出了一种基于CAN总线的无缝轨道偏移测量网络系统。该系统利用红外传感器测量无缝线路的实时轨道偏移值,通过CAN总线智能巡检仪将偏移值转化为数字信号,再经过CAN总线传输给控制主机,实现对铁路无缝线路的实时监测。该测量网络系统通过实现无缝线路的实时监测和报警,将提高无缝铁路的安全性和线路的可维护性。研究结果表明:该系统结构简单、便于实现、成本低廉,具有深远的发展前景。
With the wide application of seamless orbit in high-speed railway, it is particularly important to monitor the offset of seamless track. Due to the low density of man-made monitoring data, large measurement error and poor real-time performance, the automatic monitoring using equipment will have a good effect on driving safety and accident prevention. A CAN-based seamless track offset measurement network system is proposed. The system uses the infrared sensor to measure the real-time track offset value of the seamless line, converts the offset value into a digital signal through the CAN bus intelligent record analyzer, and transmits the data to the control host via the CAN bus to realize the real- real-time monitoring. The measurement network system will improve the safety of seamless railways and the maintainability of the lines by enabling real-time monitoring and alarming of seamless lines. The results show that the system has the advantages of simple structure, easy implementation, low cost and far-reaching development prospect.
