以一串红35及35-1为试验材料,采用实时荧光定量PCR技术,研究了S-腺苷甲硫氨酸脱羧酶(SAMDC)基因在35及35-1不同发育时期、不同部位的表达情况。结果表明:幼苗期腋芽未形成和腋芽形成后35中SAMDC基因的相对表达量均低于35-1;营养生长期35的茎节、根尖及侧枝顶芽中SAMDC的表达量均高于35-1,且差异显著。试验表明,SAMDC在一串红幼苗顶芽中相对表达量高,可促进植株细胞分裂分化形成侧芽;营养生长期SAMDC相对表达量低,可促进分支和枝条伸长生长。
A series of red 35 and 35-1 were used as experimental material to study the expression of S-adenosylmethionine decarboxylase (SAMDC) gene at different developmental stages of 35 and 35-1 by using real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR Happening. The results showed that the relative expression levels of SAMDC gene in 35 seedlings after axillary bud formation and axillary bud formation were all less than 35-1 at seedling stage. The expression of SAMDC in vegetative node, apical bud and lateral branch bud at 35 vegetative growth stage was higher than 35 -1, and the difference is significant. The results showed that the relative expression level of SAMDC in the top buds of a series of red seedlings could promote the division and differentiation of plant cells to form lateral buds. The relative expression of SAMDC during vegetative growth stage was low, which could promote the growth of branches and shoots.
