随着国家基础设施建设的不断加强,众多新建、续建的建设项目应运而生,产生了大量的建设项目档案。建设项目档案是指项目在规划、建设及管理活动中形成的对国家和社会具有保存价值的文字、图纸、图表、声像等各种载体的文件材料,是建设项目全过程的原始、真实记录,是对建设项目进行监督、审计、管理、验收以及维护、改造的重要依据。加强建设项目档案的收集、整理、保管、利用,对工程建设和今后工程管理意义重大,各基本建设项目单位要认真做好建设项目档案
