目的 分析重型颅脑损伤护理采用手术室护理衔接病房护理手段的应用影响.方法 选取2020年1月～2020年7月重型颅脑损伤病例85例,按接诊顺序分组,后入院43例为A组,应用手术室、病房护理衔接干预模式,先入院42例为B组,实施常规护理,观察护理质量、护理评价差异,评价应用影响.结果 急救反应时间比较,A组[(10.10±2.34)min]短于B组[(14.61±2.79)min],差异有可比性(P<0.05);急诊科救治,A组耗时[(16.49±3.55)min]短于B组[(23.80±5.58)min],差异有可比性(P<0.05);患者预后比较,A组优于B组,差异有可比性(P<0.05);患者评价比较,A组[92.86％(39/42)]优于B组[76.74％(33/43)],差异有可比性(P<0.05).结论 应用手术室、病房衔接的护理手段,可提升重型颅脑损伤护理质量,促进患者预后,优化患者评价,应用影响良好.
