以荧光增白剂VBL作为春尺蠖核型多角体病毒(AciNPV)的增效剂,对春尺蠖2~3龄幼虫进行生物测定,试验结果表明,浓度为1.0%(W/V)的荧光增白剂VBL对春尺蠖核型多角体病毒有显著的增效作用。荧光增白剂VBL的加入不仅将春尺蠖死亡率提高了20%~35%,而且使春尺蠖死亡高峰期提前了1 d以上,半致死时间(LT50)提前了2 d,AciNPV的半致死浓度(LC50)降低了22倍多,有效地降低了AciNPV的施用浓度。
Fluorescent brightener VBL was used as a synergist of AciNPV to test the 2nd and 3rd instar larvae of the psyllids.
