民兵队伍作为我国武装力量的重要组成部分,只有坚持以科学发展观为指导,不断加强思想政治教育,才能确保民兵建设的正确方向。从当前民兵政治教育的现状看,应着力在以下几个方面下功夫。合理确定教育内容,增强教育的针对性加强思想政治教育,确定教育内容是基本的任务和要求。科学设置教育内容。摸清民兵的思想情况,是搞好教育的前提。在每次进行民兵政治教育之前,可组织专武干部和民兵连长召开思想形势分析会,摸清民兵在想什么,关心什么,需要什么,在发现问题中寻求教育的突破口,确定教育结合点;在课题设置上,要抓住民兵思想认识上的疑点和工作生活中的问题确定教育内容,使之与民兵的所思所想贴得更
