农业科研攻关重点课题优选研究是一个复杂的大系统全盘优化规划问题。层次分析法是决策科学的一个分支,它在帮助人们从众多决策方案中优选一个或几个方案时特别有用,是一种有效的排序、优选、评比的方法。本文建立的层次分析模型系根据课题特点,将课题目标层次化后所得。模型共分三个层次,分别为目标层、准则层、措施层.通过“德尔斐”法专家咨询,将取得的大量数据输入计算机处理,筛选出了江西省“八五”农业科研攻关的40个重点课题项目,并按单因素值和综合评分值分别排序,对课题项目的重要程度予以量化。
The research on the key issues of agricultural scientific research is a complex overall system optimization planning problem. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) is a branch of decision science. It is particularly useful in helping people to select one or several programs from many decision-making programs. It is an effective method of sorting, selecting and comparing. The model of AHP established in this paper is based on the characteristics of the subject and the result of the subject is layered. The model is divided into three levels, namely, the target layer, the guideline layer and the measure layer respectively.After consulting with “Delphi” law experts, a large amount of data obtained are input into the computer to process and screen out the “85” agricultural scientific research in Jiangxi Province A key project, and according to the single factor value and comprehensive score value respectively, the importance of the project to be quantified.
