目的研究计算机追溯系统在复用医疗器械再处理质量控制中的应用。方法采用计算机信息管理路径,建立复用医疗器械清洗、消毒与灭菌等再处理专用质量追溯系统,确保医疗器械再处理质量的可追溯性。结果采用计算机质量追溯系统,使得无菌器械包外标识正确率由92%提高到100%;医疗器械质量管理部门和临床科室使用满意度明显提升;条形码书写速度由3.64条/min提高到74.56条/min。结论本研究建立的复用医疗器械再处理循环计算机质量追溯系统具有追溯信息齐全、提高质量追溯准确性和速度快的特点,值得推广应用。
Objective To study the application of computer traceability system in reprocessing medical device reprocessing quality control. Methods The path of computer information management was used to establish a special quality traceability system for reprocessing medical devices, such as cleaning, disinfection and sterilization, to ensure the traceability of medical device reprocessing quality. Results The computerized traceability system was used to improve the accuracy of the identification of the aseptic instrument package from 92% to 100%. The satisfaction of the medical device quality management departments and clinical departments was significantly improved. The bar code writing speed increased from 3.64 to 74.56 / min. Conclusion The computerized retrospective system of reused medical equipment re-processing cycle established in this study has the characteristics of complete traceability information, improved accuracy and speed of quality traceability, which is worth popularizing and applying.
