目的研究细叶勾儿茶Berchemia lineata的根(铁包金)的化学成分。方法利用硅胶、HPLC和DiaionHP-20等色谱手段进行化学成分的分离纯化,根据化合物的光谱数据鉴定结构。结果分离并鉴定了8个化合物的结构,分别为(-)-丁香脂素(1)、(+)-穗罗汉松树脂酚[(+)-matairesinol,2]、(+)-南烛树脂酚[(+)-lyonires-inol,3]、(+)-lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4)、大黄酚(5)、floribundiquinone C(6)、多花勾儿茶醌A(flori-bundiquinone A,7)和羊齿烯醇(8)。结论化合物1~4为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物5~8为首次从该种植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the root (ferruginous gold) of Berchemia lineata. Methods Silica gel, HPLC and DiaionHP-20 were used to separate and purify the chemical constituents. The structures were identified based on the spectral data of the compounds. Results The structures of eight compounds were isolated and identified as follows: (-) - syringalin (1), (+) - (+) - lyoniresinol-3α-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (4), chrysophanol (5), floribundiquinone C A (flori-bundiquinone A, 7) and sheep enolase (8). Conclusion Compounds 1 ~ 4 were isolated from this genus for the first time. Compounds 5 ~ 8 were isolated from this species for the first time.
