目的观察固本咳喘颗粒(GKG)对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)大鼠T淋巴细胞亚群表达的影响。方法用烟熏加气管内滴注脂多糖建立COPD大鼠模型,随机分为6组:正常组,模型组,3个剂量GKG组,固本咳喘片组。从造模的第3天开始,正常组和模型组灌服0.9%氯化钠10 m L·kg-1,GKG组分别灌服3个剂量GKG混悬液(2.28,1.14,0.57 g·m L-1),固本咳喘片组灌服混悬液0.01 g·m L-1,灌胃1次/日,共28 d。灌胃结束第2天,处死大鼠,留取标本。用快速免疫组化方法检测大鼠肺组织T淋巴细胞亚群。结果小剂量GKG组和固本咳喘片组能明显降低T淋巴细胞亚群表达(P<0.05)。结论 GKG可通过调控T淋巴细胞亚群,从而提高COPD大鼠免疫功能。
Objective To observe the effect of guben kechuan granule (GKG) on the expression of T lymphocyte subsets in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) rats. Methods Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) model was established by dripping lipopolysaccharide with smoke and gas instillation tube and randomly divided into 6 groups: normal group, model group, 3 doses of GKG group and Guben Chuanchuan Tablet group. Starting from the third day of modeling, normal group and model group were given 0.9% sodium chloride 10 m L · kg-1, GKG group were given three doses of GKG suspension (2.28,1.14,0.57 g · m L-1), Gubenchuchuan tablets group was fed with 0.01 g · m L-1 suspension, once a day for 28 days. On the second day after gavage, rats were sacrificed and samples were taken. The T lymphocyte subsets of lung tissue were detected by rapid immunohistochemistry. Results Low dose GKG group and Guben Kechuan Tablet group could significantly reduce the expression of T lymphocyte subsets (P <0.05). Conclusion GKG can improve immune function of COPD rats through regulating T lymphocyte subsets.
