长富金茂大厦结构主体高度295m,为组合框架-核心筒-伸臂结构。用ETABS和SATWE软件进行结构弹性分析,计算结果吻合较好,各项指标满足规范要求。此外还进行了结构的弹性时程分析,将其结果和反应谱结果中的较大值用于结构设计。风洞试验表明主楼顶层加速度峰值满足人体舒适度要求,同时验算了施工过程中的结构安全性。采用ABAQUS对结构进行大震弹塑性时程反应分析及抗震性能评价,最后介绍了采取的抗震措施。
Chang Fu Jinmao main structure of the height of 295m, for the combination of the framework - the core tube - boom structure.
